Please go beyond just recycling.

In the video below, you can see me shopping with my reusable bags, a practice I follow weekly.

By choosing reusable bags for your shopping needs, you can help reduce plastic waste. Single-use plastic bags are made from fossil fuels and often end up in landfills or incinerated, releasing harmful greenhouse gases like CO2 and methane, contributing to global warming and climate change.

Additionally, single-use plastic bags pose a significant threat to marine life. Birds, turtles, and fish often mistake shredded plastic bags for food, leading to the ingestion of toxic debris.

Moreover, people are unknowingly consuming microplastics through food and air. It is estimated that, globally, individuals ingest the equivalent of a credit card's worth of plastic each week. Experts predict that by 2050, there could be more plastic in the ocean than fish.

So please do your part and use your reusable, washable bags whenever you can.
